About Trivelta

Trivelta builds the technology that powers modern, social-first gaming experiences. Through our proprietary sweepstakes-based sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to launch their own fully branded, legally compliant gaming products. Our flagship consumer app, ReBet, demonstrates the power of the Trivelta platform, combining real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.

Headquartered in Boston with operations in Monterrey, Barcelona, and Atlanta, we're scaling rapidly and building a team passionate about redefining how people play, bet, and connect online.

The Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to be the last line of defense on quality across our sportsbook and casino platform. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to catch what others miss and give the team the confidence to ship.

What You'll Do
  • Design, write, and execute detailed manual test cases for sportsbook features (pre-match and in-play betting, bet slips, cash-out, odds display, settlement) and casino games (slots, table games, live dealer).
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device testing across web, iOS, and Android.
  • Verify the accuracy of odds, payouts, bet settlement, bonuses, free bets, and promotional mechanics down to the last decimal.
  • Test deposit, withdrawal, and payment journeys across multiple providers and currencies, validating transaction integrity end to end.
  • Log clear, reproducible bug reports with precise steps, evidence, and severity; track defects through to resolution and retest fixes.
  • Validate responsible gaming controls, including deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks, and age/identity verification, and confirm compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
  • Work inside fast agile sprints: review requirements early, test continuously, and give a confident go/no-go on tight release cycles.
  • Partner closely with developers, product managers, and designers to reproduce issues, clarify expected behavior, and improve quality upstream.
  • Maintain and continually improve test cases, checklists, and QA documentation as the platform evolves.
What You'll Bring
  • Exceptional attention to detail: you notice the one wrong pixel, mislabeled market, or rounding error others scroll past.
  • Proven experience in manual QA / software testing, ideally on web and mobile products (iGaming, sportsbook, fintech, or payments experience is a strong plus).
  • Solid grasp of QA fundamentals: test case design, test plans, defect life cycle, and severity/priority triage.
  • Comfort with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray) and a structured, methodical approach to testing.
  • Ability to work at pace without cutting corners in a high-tempo agile environment with frequent releases.
  • Clear written and verbal communication: your bug reports leave no room for guesswork.
  • Basic understanding of how APIs, browsers, and mobile apps work; ability to read logs and use browser dev tools is a plus.
  • A real passion for sports and games: you understand how bettors and players actually use the product.
Who You Are
  • Detail-obsessed and quality-driven, nothing broken gets past you.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, you spot risks, raise your hand, and go find the answer rather than wait to be told.
  • Ready to go from day one, curious, coachable, and energized by a fast-paced team.
  • Accountable and reliable, you take ownership of your test coverage and stand behind your sign-off.
Nice to Have
  • Experience testing regulated products or working with gaming regulators (e.g., UKGC, MGA, or state-level licensing).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman), SQL for data validation, or basic test automation exposure.
  • Prior work with real-money transactions, live/real-time data feeds, or third-party game and odds providers.
