The Quality Evaluator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound and/or outbound calls and other customer contact methods (e.g. email, chat) for accuracy and adherence to established quality standards. This position assists in the output of assessing quality standards and providing insight to customers to contribute to program performance improvements.🛠️ Key responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions: Review calls, emails, and chats for quality, accuracy, and compliance

- Support scoring consistency: Take part in calibration sessions with Quality, Operations, and clients
- Maintain program knowledge: Stay up to date with processes, products, and quality guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement: Support quality initiatives, operational improvements, and training needs
- Experience: +1 year in a similar role, ideally in BPO or call center environment
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) - both verbal and written.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, Good communication skills, Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Microsoft Office proficiency
