Role: Quality Manager (QM) & Automation Tester

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (QM) & Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation as well as deep knowledge of quality management processes in a product development environment.
Key Responsibilities:Automation:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and START framework.
Ensure test automation coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security areas.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify opportunities to optimize and scale the automation framework.
Quality Management:
Ensure adherence to SAP quality processes and guidelines, including Product Standards, Corporate Requirements, Test Management Processes and Tools, Performance, and Security compliance.
Establish and drive quality strategies to support high product quality and customer satisfaction.
Plan, manage, and track testing activities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Act as a quality advocate, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
8–10 years of experience in QA and test automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium and START for automation testing.
Strong understanding of SAP quality standards, processes, and tools.
Experience with test management tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to work in a product development environment — experience with UOM and PRA products preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
