Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire (hybrid), Remote (U.S.-based candidates working EST hours), Reading, United Kingdom (hybrid or remote) or Šenčur, Slovenia (hybrid)

 About the role

Loftware is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, detail-oriented Quality Systems Specialist to join our expanding global compliance department headquartered in Portsmouth, NH.  The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a QA\QC environment or in-house experience, excellent organizational skills and looking for the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the Loftware family.   The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO standards, SOC2 Type2 CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Actions), auditing and document maintenance through the Quality Management System. This is a dynamic role and fast paced role with room for growth where additional projects, responsibilities, and duties are expected to arise.

Reporting to the Director of Global Compliance, the Quality Systems Specialist will be a valued contributing member of Loftware’s Global Compliance Team and will partner closely with other operational teams to provide Quality Management Systems assistance.  We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment and enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards (e.g. ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001) and other applicable regulations and standards.
  • Assist in planning and conducting internal and external audits along with assisting with the SOC2 Type2 Audit.
  • Support investigations of deviations and non-conformities resulting from audit.
  • Support the document review and update process in line with Loftware’s current Quality Management System.
  • Support the process in answering customer Request for Information (RFI) questionnaires.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and CAPA process.
  • Assist with merger and acquisitions in relation to integrating Quality Management Systems.

What you'll need: 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance environment
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards, CAPA, Auditing and the Quality Management System
  • Demonstrated experience managing processes and coordinating cross functional projects while meeting established deadlines.
  • Hard working, well organized and able to independently and proactively manage and complete numerous projects simultaneously under competing time sensitivities.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, operate effortlessly in a highly dynamic environment and leverage cross-functional working skills to move with agility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and highly team-oriented; demonstrated ability to form strong working relationships with demanding internal clients while maintaining firm adherence to ISO Standards.
  • Must thrive in a rapid-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Experience with compliance matters a plus.
  • Superior English language writing and oral communication skills.
  • Sense of humor and commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
