Job Description:

In this role you will work on designing multiple high speed system designs involving LPDDR6, GDDR7, HBM4 etc and advanced technologies like 2.5D/3D in 3nm and beyond

Job Responsibilities:

------------------------

In this position you are responsible for 

1. Design, RTL coding, and IP integration of key components like Digital Delay Lines, Encoders/Decoders, PRBS GEN / Check, Clock Spines, PHYs

2. Interface with other Layout, RTL, SI etc engineers to implement & integrate the developed IP

3. Ability to complete chip bring-up and lab measurement of designed elements

4. Ability to understand the analog or IP blocks used in the PHY at a functional level and verify. 

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent knowledge of Digital design is a must and it will be a bonus to have good understanding of Analog circuits or basic digital circuit design

2. Experience with implementing Transceivers, Clocking elements like CDR, Serializer, De-Serializer etc

3. Excellent Verilog & synthesis skills using Cadence/Synopsys tools and working programming knowledge using C/C++ and scripting language such as PERL/Python

4. Proven experience with past design of circuits greater than 1GHz is a must 

5. The minimum job requirement for this position is M.S EE

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $130,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
