The skills you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Radio Access Networks
- Deep understanding of LTE and 5G RAN architectures and protocols
- Strong knowledge of gNodeB/eNodeB deployment, RF fundamentals, RAN interfaces (NG, Xn, S1, X2), mobility management, and network performance optimization
- Experience with telecom test and troubleshooting tools, including packet capture and protocol analysis
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and networking fundamentals (IP routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred: Knowledge of 5G Packet Core/LTE EPC, Open RAN (O-RAN), private cellular networks, network automation/scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible), and cloud-native network functions
