Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, revenue-driven Records and Information Management Specialist to join our Commercial Sales team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting, growing, and expanding Iron Mountain’s core revenue base through proactive sales engagement and sophisticated commercial negotiations. 

You will join a high-impact team focused on retaining and expanding our largest, most complex accounts by balancing defensive retention strategies with proactive consultative growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Revenue Growth and Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within a defined book of business by expanding wallet share, uncovering net-new use cases, and managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing the deal. 

  • Execute Strategic Account Management and Retention: Own a portfolio of high-value accounts to proactively mitigate churn risk while identifying competitive threats early to protect Iron Mountain’s market position. 

  • Lead Commercial Negotiations and Contract Strategy: Direct complex pricing and contract negotiations, including Master Service Agreements, volume commitments, and rate structures, while partnering with Procurement and Legal to deliver long-term value. 

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a revenue-owning, customer-facing role with a proven track record of managing complex accounts. 

  • Strong knowledge of Records and Information Management solutions, enterprise service environments, and Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Salesforce. 

  • Proven ability in advanced commercial negotiations and value-based selling frameworks, with the financial acumen to model deal structures and articulate Return on Investment.
