The Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture by partnering with dynamic leaders and hiring managers to align our values with our corporate hiring goals. You’ll own the entire recruitment process from crafting innovative strategies to sourcing top talent, evaluating candidates, and leading the offer process across a variety of roles. Beyond recruiting, you’ll spearhead initiatives to boost operational efficiency, drive data-backed decision making, and lead impactful change as we grow. If you're passionate about bringing fresh ideas to attract top talent, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll report directly to the Head of People.

This is a contract position with an end date of November 30, 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent to Pilot.com for GTM positions and other teams such as Engineering, Product, Accounting, and Finance.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to implement hiring strategies, including pre-recruiting research and preparation, conducting effective kickoff meetings, aligning on candidate criteria, and effectively managing the offer process

  • Develop a robust and continuous talent pipeline

  • Manage the Greenhouse ATS ensuring proper configuration, ongoing maintenance, and compliance to implement processes and best practices

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally

  • Ensure a positive recruiting experience with internal partners and candidates

  • Drive hiring manager engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, candidate quality, and demonstrating your recruiting expertise to build trust as a strategic advisor.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions

About You
  • 3+ years of in-house (corporate) full life cycle GTM recruiting experience, ideally for software/cloud companies

  • Demonstrated ability and track record of success of filling abroad range of positions in a timely manner

  • Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from direct competitors

  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible

  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. 

  • High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates, as well as well as driving intelligent conversations with hiring managers

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information

  • Prior experience working with Greenhouse ATS is desired

  • Strong familiarity utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Business partner and problem solver

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $33/hr - $50/hr. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
