About Flow

Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.

What You’ll Do

You'll run engineering and/or GTM requisitions from day one. That means:

  • Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more

  • Screening inbound applicants and conducting initial screens to assess fit and interest

  • Coordinating and scheduling your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines

  • Learning to close candidates in a competitive market, with the expectation that you're closing independently within six months

About You

Ideally 3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. This role is great for:

Agency Recruiters ready to trade volume for more strategic, consultative hiring. You want to go deep on a company you believe in.

Recruiters and sourcers who want to do the most important work of their career. At a company this early, talent strategy is company strategy

Your strengths:

  • Storytelling: you can craft a compelling message with written or spoken word. You use AI as an effective tool, and still sound human

  • Good judgment on candidate quality: you don't just fill pipelines, you fill them with the right people (I can teach you this, but it has to be something you’re interested in)

  • Organized and self-sufficient: you'll handle your own scheduling and coordination without hand-holding

  • Feedback: this will be a supportive but intense environment. You’ll need to be able to receive direct feedback and give it if needed

  • Comfort in ambiguity: and you’re energized by a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience sourcing or closing candidates for technical and go-to-market positions

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)

  • Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
