Azeus Convene is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter Freelancer to join our expanding team. As a Recruiter Freelancer, you will be crucial in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging potential candidates who will fit into our innovative culture. This role offers the flexibility to work independently while contributing significantly to our hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect those needs.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.
  5. Offer Management: Assist in crafting job offers and facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Recruitment Metrics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide feedback on the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a freelancer.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and projects at once.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell candidates effectively to clients.

• A proactive and independent work style.
