About Arena Club

Arena Club is building the number one digital marketplace for collectibles. We started by reinventing the hobby with the first-ever digital card show, and we are expanding into new categories so collectors can buy, sell, grade, and showcase everything they care about in one place. Our ‘Slab Pack’ product brought the mystery and chase of opening physical packs of cards to a digital format, and has led to Arena Club being one of the fastest-growing (and highly profitable) companies in Los Angeles. Our business was founded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, who previously founded LegalZoom and The Honest Company, both of which are now public companies.

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end interview logistics, candidate communications, and operational processes across our global corporate functions. Working closely with teams in the US, UK, and India, you will cross the line from standard scheduling into recruiting operations. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership, ideal for someone who wants to build and optimize scalable hiring frameworks for a fast-growing startup.

What You'll Do
  • Global Interview Logistics: Own complex, multi-timezone scheduling across corporate functions. Manage seamless candidate travel and accommodation logistics for on-sites in Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, and Oregon
  • Platform Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our automated scheduling ecosystem. Manage day-to-day software configurations, optimize interview templates, and build out efficient interviewer training rotations
  • Process Partnering & Intakes: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers by joining intake meetings to map out new interview loops, define interviewer panels, and set up structured evaluation templates
  • Candidate Experience & Messaging: Act as the high-touch, professional face of Arena Club. Draft and maintain engaging candidate resources, interview prep guides, and customized messaging templates
  • Operations & Metrics Reporting: Monitor weekly coordination metrics to proactively identify process improvements and streamline daily operations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast-moving startup environment
  • Hands-on experience with modern scheduling automation platforms (such as ModernLoop, GoodTime, Prelude, or similar tools) with the aptitude to quickly become our internal platform owner
  • Global coordination capabilities, with a proven comfort level navigating complex scheduling across US, UK, and India time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong track record of creating clear, polished, and impactful candidate resources
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering effectively as a trusted partner to interviewers and hiring managers
  • High candidate empathy, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to work across time zones to ensure quick support is provided to team members and candidates in the US, UK, and India

Compensation & Structure
  • Type: Contract-to-Hire
  • Rate: $45 – $55 per hour
  • Location: Must be based in the US; can work remotely or hybrid in LA
