We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

About the role
  • Analyze employment-related data and formulate recruiting coordination goals and measure their implementation through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Evaluate the performance of recruiting coordination processes and show a return on investment (ROI) through reporting of recruiting metrics.

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of employment applications to match applicants with job requirements, select qualified candidates for interviews, and conduct thorough interview of candidates to gauge whether their work history, training, education, and job skills meet our standards or requirements.

  • Evaluate and recommend effective recruitment strategies or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions as needed to increase efficiency.

  • Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire company.

  • Streamline the entire interview process and provide management with information related to interviewing or performance reviews and issues.

  • Prepare and monitor employment records related to internal and external events related to hiring, termination, leaves of absence, transfers, or promotions.

  • Launch onboarding of new hires as our technology company continues to grow.

  • Liaise with the Operations Team to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business

  • 18 months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Human Resources Specialist for a technology or technology research and development company

  • 12 months of experience using Lever, Goodtime, Gem, Miro, GSuite, and Webhooks, and performing data analysis

The salary range for this position is $68,474 - $100,000 per year USD annually.
