The Opportunity

At Nurix Therapeutics, you'll help build the teams advancing groundbreaking therapies for patients. As a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract), you'll be at the center of the hiring process—creating exceptional candidate experiences, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring every interview and interaction runs seamlessly.

This contract role is based onsite in our Brisbane, CA headquarters. 

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, managing complex calendars and changing priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through offer.
  • Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, requisitions, templates, and communications within Greenhouse and other talent systems.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed.
  • Help create an inclusive, positive, and consistent experience for every candidate who engages with Nurix.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative, or related experience, preferably within biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and general business applications.
  • A high level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and supporting inclusive hiring practices.
