Role:

Linqia is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great candidate experiences from first outreach to onsite interviews. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly across our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.

Contract to hire

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles
  • Learn to proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal tools, and creative outreach strategies
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized messages to generate interest in open roles
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) up to date
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, helping guide them through the interview process
  • Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting on key metrics
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Contribute to special projects and help improve recruiting processes over time

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems (experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, or Google Workspace is a plus, but not required)
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the San Francisco office 3x per week
