Role Overview

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help power our hiring engine. You’ll be the operational backbone of our recruiting team — owning interview logistics end-to-end, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and building scalable systems that allow us to hire world-class talent efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, cares deeply about details, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate complex interview scheduling across time zones (technical panels, executive interviews, cross-functional loops)

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through the pipeline quickly

  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling bottlenecks

  • Build and refine documentation, templates, and coordination workflows

  • Support offer logistics and closing coordination

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination or talent operations experience, ideally in a high-growth tech company

  • Experience supporting technical hiring

  • Strong calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones

  • Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse, Lever)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
