  • Provide recommendations on new tools and technologies that align with the current team's needs and long-term scaling goals
  • Generate and present proactive reporting to leadership regarding hiring metrics, headcount tracking, and demographic data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Operate autonomously to manage complex workflows, including global hiring coordination, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and candidate experience
  • Continuously evaluate existing operations to keep an eye out for ways to streamline and improve recruiting processes

Experience and Background:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a similar recruiting, operations, or coordination role, preferably in music, streaming, entertainment, or tech companies
  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience managing both technical and business roles
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar ATS for interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback management, scorecard tracking, and reporting
  • Experience with employer branding and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on DEI initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
  • Comfort utilizing AI tools and workflows to optimize recruiting processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Ability to proactively identify issues, work autonomously, and make data-backed suggestions to improve team performance
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Must be located in NYC and be able to work in a hybrid in-office capacity
  • Experience working with global teams is a huge plus
