Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. Role Overview

The Recruiting Operations Manager joins Harvey's Talent team to lead the team and programs that power a world-class recruiting function. This role manages the Recruiting Coordinator (RC) team, ensuring tier 1 operational work and scheduling volume run smoothly and scale with the business. Partnering closely with the Sr. Systems Analyst, this person identifies opportunities to simplify and automate tier 1 work, freeing the team to focus on higher-value support. Beyond day-to-day operations, they lead the internal programs that shape the recruiting experience — from interviewer enablement to candidate experience, internal mobility, and alumni engagement. It's a high-impact opportunity to build and lead the team and programs behind recruiting at one of the fastest-growing AI companies during a period of rapid global expansion.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the Recruiting Coordinator (RC) team, overseeing tier one operational work, scheduling volume, and day-to-day team performance and development

  • Partner with the Sr. Systems Analyst to identify tier one pain points and drive automation that reduces manual work and improves turnaround time

  • Lead internal recruiting programs, including interviewer enablement, candidate experience, internal mobility, and alumni/rehire programs

  • Design and implement process improvements within tier one operations that reduce friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

  • Serve as an escalation point for scheduling and coordination issues, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and interviewer experience

  • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Business Systems, and People Operations to ensure programs and processes align with broader talent strategy

What You Have
  • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with progressive experience managing teams

  • Proven track record managing a coordinator or operations team, including performance management and process improvement

  • Experience partnering with systems/technical teams to identify and implement automation opportunities

  • Experience designing or running structured internal programs (e.g., interviewer enablement, candidate experience, internal mobility)

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive coordination work

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort partnering with Recruiting, Systems, and People stakeholders

Compensation

$131,300 - $196,900 USD
