About Zipline

Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service. We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Today, Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products.

Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations.

Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe.

We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.

About You and The Role

At Zipline, talent is one of our most important competitive advantages. As a Recruiting Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by identifying, engaging, and hiring the people who will help us transform logistics, healthcare access, and autonomous delivery around the world.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. We are looking for someone who views recruiting as a strategic function and sees themselves as a trusted advisor to executives, hiring managers, and candidates alike. You understand that every hire has an outsized impact on company trajectory, culture, and execution. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring strong business judgment to hiring decisions, and are energized by the challenge of building exceptional teams in support of an ambitious mission.

The ideal candidate combines strong client management, exceptional talent instincts, and relentless execution. You are equally comfortable influencing executive stakeholders, designing hiring strategies for critical business priorities, and personally engaging top talent. You bring a high degree of ownership, operate with urgency, and are motivated by the opportunity to help build one of the most impactful companies in the world.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to executives, organizational leaders, and hiring managers, helping shape hiring strategies that align with business objectives and long-term organizational needs.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across critical functions, driving exceptional outcomes from workforce planning through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage world-class talent across technical, operational, and leadership roles.
  • Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent insights, compensation benchmarking, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, ensuring the business can scale efficiently.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Zipline's values and mission while maintaining a high bar for talent.
  • Partner closely with interviewers and hiring teams to improve assessment quality, calibration, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruiting process and help ensure diverse candidate representation across all searches.
  • Leverage recruiting data and operational metrics to identify opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Zipline's talent function by sharing best practices, improving processes, mentoring teammates, and raising the overall bar for recruiting excellence.
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies for critical business functions.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and close exceptional talent through both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, drive alignment, and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities and a track record of hiring talent that meaningfully raises the performance bar.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect hiring decisions to broader organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • A bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for building diverse teams and creating an outstanding candidate experience.
