About the company

Dover is building the marketplace for startup experts.

We connect high-growth startups with experienced operators: leaders in recruiting, HR, legal, and beyond. Experts know what great looks like and can deliver real business outcomes. We are not just service providers. We are trusted partners who work directly with founders to build and scale companies.

As AI transforms how work gets done, the need for experienced operators who can oversee execution, make judgment calls, and drive results has never been greater. Dover empowers these experts to plug into the most ambitious startups at the moment they need help most.

Dover is transforming how companies find experts through our Marketplace. Startups and growing companies come to Dover's marketplace to find amazing experts to partner with them.

Dover isn't a recruiting agency, nor is it an RPO, it's a recruiting marketplace where companies and recruiters match with one another and decide to work together. Here's more about how Dover's marketplace is a win-win for recruiters and companies alike.

All of the Recruiting Partners on the marketplace are seasoned professionals with a proven track record at fast-growing startups, each bringing specialized expertise across the full recruitment cycle. Recruiting Partners build lasting relationships with companies and embrace the volatility of early-stage hiring.

Since Dover launched the marketplace in mid-2024, it has grown to support over 300 of the strongest early-stage tech companies in the world.
