About the Role:We’re hiring a Program Manager to help scale Notion’s global assessment ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help bring a global lens and cohesive approach to how we design and run interviews at Notion. You’ll drive a number of hiring initiatives, ranging from interviewer training and structured interviews to AI-powered assessment and interviewer governance.
We’re looking for someone with strong ownership and agency - a builder who doesn’t wait for direction, but sees gaps, designs frameworks, and drives clarity. This is a senior individual contributor role with company-wide impact.
What You'll Achieve:Design our global assessment ecosystem at Notion: Architect structured interview standards across functions, align assessment frameworks to leveling and performance expectations, manage capacity and health of interviewer pools, and raise the signal quality of hiring decisions at scale.
Oversee interviewer and hiring manager enablement: Design interviewer training programs globally, from interviewer 101 to advanced functional trainings. You’ll continuously improve interview quality through audits and feedback loops
Reimagine interview assessments with AI: Partner with the business to design AI-powered interview experiences and build guardrails and governance for responsible AI usage
Enable Recruiters: Build scalable onboarding and enablement programs for recruiting. You’ll help ensure the team has the right frameworks and knowledge needed to run high-quality hiring processes.
Support Internal Mobility: Partner with our Notino Experience team and People Partners to support internal mobility efforts across Notion
Drive high-impact recruiting programs: As needed, help evolve programs that strengthen Notion’s hiring engine and employer brand. This includes initiatives like interviewer appreciation, candidate pitch materials, employee referrals, just to name a few.
8+ years of experience: Ideally in program management, recruiting operations, talent strategy, or a related field in a high-growth environment.
Systems thinking: You excel at designing scalable frameworks and programs that improve how hiring works across an organization
Program ownership: Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous problems
High agency and builder mindset: You proactively identify gaps, design solutions, and move initiatives forward without needing heavy direction
Strong stakeholder influence: Comfortable partnering with senior leaders across Recruiting, People, and business teams to drive alignment and adoption
Operational excellence: You care deeply about craft and quality, and bring rigor to how programs are designed, documented, and run
AI-forward mindset: Curious and experimental about how AI can reshape recruiting workflows and candidate evaluation, and thoughtful about responsible implementation
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
