Your role at Clorox:

As the Regional Sales Manger you will have the chance to lead assigned customers within Albertsons Divisions and Corporate working with our Broker organization, with the goal of delivering volume and AAA results for assigned Clorox Customers/Categories.
Required skills include volume forecast and budget ownership, effective multifunctional teamwork, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to craft compelling selling stories and lead joint business planning, while delivering profitable sales and share growth. Experience in broker management is helpful. This position manages part of the Clorox portfolio customers are headquartered in Mountain Standard Time.

In this role, you will:

  • Trains, educates and develops Broker partners (Business Managers, BAMs, CBMs, other support).

  • Manages, coaches and develops direct reports as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth.   

  • Effectively handles broker organization to deliver volume, net sales, AAA priorities and profit results for assigned customers.

  • Delivers results consistent with Category strategies and trade spending guidelines.

  • Responsible for Broker understanding and execution of Clorox/Category strategies/initiatives at assigned customers.

  • Develops strong collaborative relationships.

  • Leads Customer Business planning with Broker and Clorox Business Units. Leverages Category/Consumer understanding and Insights to drive initiatives.

  • Will have primary responsibility for the entire enterprise for some business units.

  • Uses appropriate systems and tools, and proactively manages Trade Funds withiguidelines. Ensures broker team has knowledge and tools to drive growth; Manages and maintain strong Broker relationships; facilitates connection.

Experience

  • 5+ years of CPG experience as a Regional Sales Manager

  • Broker sales management experience

  • Clorox external (Field/Customer) or equivalent experience

  • Sales Planning) experience beneficial

  • Experience running whole sales process and forecasting.

Education

  • BSc in Administration or similar or related experience.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $109,400 - $210,000

–Zone B: $100,300 - $192,500

–Zone C: $91,200 - $175,000

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
