monday.com is scaling its business and is looking for a Director, Regional Marketing to lead its regional marketing efforts in North America. As part of our growing team, this role will have a pivotal impact on the region’s marketing and go-to-market strategies, and will be in charge of building and executing the marketing plan in alignment with revenue targets.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

  • Proactively own and implement the region-specific marketing plan for customer acquisition and expansion
  • All about the customer: focused on understanding what really creates value for the customer and aligning the business to deliver accordingly
  • Collaborate effectively with the global Marketing, Sales and Partner teams to deliver your goals
  • Work closely with regional sales to develop and deliver account-based marketing plans in full alignment between sales and marketing
  • Apply multi channel marketing best practices to generate and accelerate sales pipeline
  • Delivering against KPIs for pipeline growth, marketing-sourced revenue, and lead generation
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the regions marketing campaigns and iterate on strategies based on performance
  • Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, hosted and sponsored
  • Advocate the monday.com brand in the region, internally and externally

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Leading regional marketing is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and best practices
  • Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience with planning and organizing regional marketing events
  • Self-starter with the ability to leverage data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and a creative thinker
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot and other marketing technologies for reporting and campaign execution
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $170,000 - $230,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
