- Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
- Must have experience in multi-family property management
- Prefer 5 years experience as a Regional Manager
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
- Strong financial background
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Lease-up experience preferred but not required
- Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)
Salary range is $140K-$155K/year. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
