Your Challenge: Drive Operational Excellence, Financial Results, and Strategic Growth Across an Assigned Portfolio of Hotels!

Ready to step into a high-impact, strategic leadership role where you are accountable for the performance of multiple properties? Join Sandpiper Hospitality, one of the fastest-growing companies in the extended stay market, as our next Regional Manager (RM)!

The RM is the key strategic leader responsible for attaining expectations in all aspects of operational performance for their assigned hotels. You will achieve this through managing and leading General Managers, implementing all company standards, and executing operational initiatives that maintain efficiency and produce positive results across your portfolio.


Your Essential Strategic & Operational Functions


You are the central figure ensuring the successful operation, growth, and financial health of your assigned hotels through proactive management and strategic oversight.

Key Leadership and Management Duties Include:

  • Portfolio Performance: Work with all assigned properties to ensure the best possible results are achieved in all categories of performance, driving outcomes that benefit the entire portfolio.

  • Property Openings: Manage property openings both within and outside your portfolio, utilizing a tactical, detail-oriented approach focused on meeting objectives in both time and quality.

  • Standard Implementation: Implement, support, and maintain all company standards, processes, and procedures throughout your portfolio.

  • Human Resouce Managemt:  Train, develop, inspire LEAD your team of Mangers and hourly associates.


Core Performance Pillars:


Financial & Revenue Generation


  • P&L Management: Manage the P&L against budget, continuously looking for ways to maximize short and long-term profit through proper controls of spending and labor, cost reductions, and increased revenues.

  • Sales Strategy: Implement and manage sales programs that set expectations, strategies, and tactics to drive base and incremental revenue.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct area market analysis and collaborate with others to create and implement an effective, regularly updated marketing strategy for the area.

  • RevPAR Optimization: Collaborate with appropriate parties to create and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and market share.

Guest Relations & Operations

  • Guest Loyalty: Focus on consistently attaining excellence in guest satisfaction and loyalty through a holistic approach to service, product, and experience.

  • Feedback & Compliance: Regularly review all customer feedback sources (including brand surveys and online reviews), taking proactive action to evolve service models. Monitor property for compliance in both results and responses.

  • Asset Management: Ensure the excellent condition of each asset to maximize guest and owner satisfaction.

  • Standards Enforcement: Inspect buildings to ensure all brand standards are met and ensure consistent enforcement of all policies and procedures related to the operation of the hotel.


Qualifications & Requirements


The role demands multi-site management experience, a proven track record of driving revenue, and financial acumen. 


Minimum Qualifications


  • Experience: 3 or more years of multi-site management; EXTENDED STAY EXPERIENCE highly preferred.

  • Initiative: 1 or more years of creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate initiatives.

  • Performance Metrics: Track record of high performance in areas of revenue generation through sales & marketing and a track record of controlling & reducing costs.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.


Travel Requirement
  • 75% Travel Expectation
  • License: Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Flexibility: Must be able to stay overnight on location as needed to perform the duties of the role.
