We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

Coralogix is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead our sales strategy across the US West region. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a vital role in mentoring and coaching our Enterprise Sales team while developing strategies to expand our presence in the US West market. You’ll need to be a motivated, intelligent, and humble professional with proven experience in navigating complex organizations, engaging technical audiences, and influencing senior executives to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with our Vice President, Enterprise Sales, to develop sales strategies tailored to the US West market.
  • Act as a player/coach, engaging with key decision-makers (e.g., CTO, CIO, VP/Director of Engineering/DevOps/SRE, LoB leaders) to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and messaging, clearly articulating how Coralogix’s platform solves customers' challenges and drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Know the Observability market well and be able to help customers choose the right solutions for them.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in SaaS companies, engaging with technical audiences.
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities, including outbound pipeline generation.
  • Strong skills in converting prospects into customers through effective discovery, relationship-building, and sales process management.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining territory business plans and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ability to travel within the US to meet prospects and attend relevant events and conferences.

Compensation and rewards

  • The on-target earnings range for this role is up to $420,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time, and paid time off.
