Regional Sales Executive (RSE) – Amper
We are searching for an energetic and motivated Sales Professional to be part of the Manufacturing Sales Team, selling ECI’s Production Monitoring and Intelligence Platform, Amper. As a member of our team, you will be accountable for full-cycle selling of the Amper solution to small and medium-sized manufacturing clients. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving strong business growth and expanding our customer footprint.
This position requires a background in technology sales, preferably MES, ERP, SaaS, or related manufacturing technologies, as well as strong solution-selling and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Ensure leads, suspects, and prospects are consistently advancing through the sales process
- Follow up on inbound leads and proactively generate outbound opportunities within assigned territory
- Lead tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative discovery conversations
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and sales quota targets
- Partner with Sales Management to execute territory and account plans
- Develop prospect segmentation and targeted outreach strategies within the territory
- Build credibility through industry, product, and sales knowledge
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Assist in developing customer references and success stories
- Support prospect events, webinars, trade shows, and other lead generation activities
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training sessions
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of net-new B2B sales experience in MES, ERP, SaaS, or related technology industries
- Experience selling software products and services in a consultative sales environment
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, challenges, and business needs
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and onsite presentations
