We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused sales leader with a proven ability to drive business growth while building strong, executive-level relationships with key customers and partners. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in luxury retail and Custom Integration channels, strong financial and business acumen, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. They excel at influencing complex organizations, identifying growth opportunities, and developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver results and exceptional customer experiences.

We are now looking to hire a Regional Sales Leader - Eastern Zone, who has a growth mindset and can lead a sales team to drive the business to the next level.
What you will be responsible for
Commercial Leadership
  • Own Eastern Zone business performance, including revenue, profitability, market share, forecasting, and growth.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies across retail and Custom Integration (CI) channels.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and expansion strategies.
  • Drive business planning, forecasting accuracy, investment decisions, and specification-led growth initiatives.

Sales Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Manage talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales priorities across channels.

Channel Management
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key retailers, CI firms, buying groups, and strategic partners.
  • Lead business planning, negotiations, dealer agreements, and channel investments.
  • Expand specification opportunities and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Drive excellence in product launches, training, merchandising, and sales programs.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience teams to achieve business goals.
  • Provide market insights, strategic recommendations, and forecast updates to leadership.
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Leadership Capabilities
  • Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, and business development skills.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail, Custom Integration, and specification-driven sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed organizations and develop high-performing teams.

What we value
  • 12+ years of commercial leadership experience in luxury audio, consumer electronics, premium technology, or CI industries.
  • 7+ years leading regional or national sales teams with accountability for revenue and profitability.
  • Successful track record growing retail and Custom Integration channels.
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and complex negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the Eastern Zone.

Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Field Sales, Massachusetts is: $116,000-$159,500.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
