Job Description
Who we are looking for
Bose is seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Finance Value Streams to lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Account-to-Report (A2R) processes globally. This role will drive process standardization, governance, continuous improvement, and digital transformation, including Bose's SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration. The GPO will leverage process mining, analytics, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, compliance, financial performance, and user experience.

What you will be responsible for
Process Ownership & Governance
- Own global P2P and A2R processes, standards, controls, and governance.
- Define Finance process architecture and transformation roadmap.
- Lead process councils and executive governance forums.
- Ensure alignment between global standards and regional requirements.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Redesign and optimize Finance processes using process mining, analytics, AI, and best practices.
- Drive automation, simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Improve compliance, working capital, cost efficiency, and financial controls.
ERP & Digital Transformation
- Lead Finance process design for SAP S/4HANA and other digital initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop future-state business processes.
- Define business requirements that maximize ERP capabilities while minimizing customization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Influence senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology.
- Drive change management, adoption, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and enterprise thinking.
What we value
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Finance, Procurement, Global Business Services, Business Process Management, or Transformation.
- Experience leading global P2P, A2R, or comparable Finance value streams.
- Proven success in process standardization, governance, and large-scale ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, and Internal Controls.
- Experience with process mining, automation, AI, analytics, and digital technologies.
- Strong executive influencing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience within consumer technology, manufacturing, hardware/software, or similarly complex global organizations preferred.
