The ideal candidate is experienced in sales enablement, training delivery, and stakeholder alignment—and is passionate about driving field effectiveness through high-quality, practical learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Prioritization & Planning

  • Ensure localization is accurate, effective, and aligned with sales motions and product positioning.

  • Partner with global content owners to provide regional input and feedback on content effectiveness.

Program Implementation & Execution

  • Own end-to-end implementation of training programs within the region, including planning, logistics, scheduling, and delivery.

  • Coordinate training sessions, including venue (for F2F), facilitators, materials, and communication.

  • Ensure smooth execution of training programs and strong participant experience.

  • Track participation and completion of regional training initiatives.

Training Budget & Expense Management

  • Manage regional training budgets, including costs for trainers, travel, venues, and materials.

  • Ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards.

  • Provide visibility into training spend and optimize resource allocation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and Functional Leaders to ensure training aligns with business needs.

  • Act as the voice of the region into global enablement teams.

  • Collaborate with global program owners to ensure alignment with overall enablement strategy.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness.

  • Evaluate training impact using defined metrics (e.g., engagement, field feedback, adoption).

  • Identify improvement opportunities and refine regional delivery approaches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training delivery, or learning & development.

  • Strong experience with face-to-face (F2F) training coordination and facilitation.

  • Experience working in a global organization with regional responsibilities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to execute programs at scale with high attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or B2B enterprise sales environments.
