Location: REMOTE - must reside within CONUS - Preferably driving distance of Washington, DC

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Type: Exempt

About This Role

Seeking an experienced RelativityOne Administrator to support federal eDiscovery operations in a secure environment. This role provides technical, operational, and workflow support for litigation, investigations, and compliance activities. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain RelativityOne environments, including user access, workspace configuration, and system monitoring
  • Support data processing, analytics, review workflows, and production activities
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Relativity support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal security, data handling, and chain‑of‑custody requirements
  • Provide technical guidance to legal and investigative teams
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit‑ready records

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 2+ years of Relativity/RelativityOne administration experience
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle and federal data governance
  • Experience with Relativity Processing, Analytics, and Productions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
  • Prior federal or government contracting experience
  • Familiarity with cloud security and FedRAMP environments
