Why You’ll Love This Role

We are seeking a Remote Operations Manager - Enablement Programs to design, deliver, and scale initiatives that drive adoption of remote-first practices across Cribl. As an individual contributor, you'll build and facilitate training across knowledge management, remote collaboration norms, and AI capabilities – then evolve these into sustained reinforcement programs that drive the right behaviors company-wide.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Enablement Program Design & Delivery
    • Design enablement programs for existing employees and new hires across key tools, capabilities, and remote-first norms
    • Facilitate interactive, remote-optimized sessions that engage diverse audiences and create space for all voices
    • Develop asynchronous enablement approaches (newsletters, drip campaigns, self-serve resources) to complement live training
    • Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to co-design content and tailor comms cascades, piloting new approaches and leveraging AI tools to extend your impact
  • Program Management & Coordination
    • Manage multiple concurrent enablement initiatives across Remote Ops pillars (Knowledge Management, Remote Norms, Strategic Programs), balancing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
    • Track program effectiveness through analytics and feedback loops; iterate based on engagement data and business outcomes
    • Proactively gather insights from stakeholders, usage data, and organizational trends to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize new enablement strategies aligned with company goals
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Evolve foundational enablement programs into sustained reinforcement strategies that embed remote-first behaviors over time
    • Build and activate communities of practice and champion networks to scale adoption through peer influence
    • Partner with senior leadership to tailor enablement approaches to their teams' needs and present progress, wins, and impact to maintain executive buy-in
    • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 7-10 years of experience designing and delivering enablement or training programs in a corporate environment, with proven ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences
  • Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping initiatives organized and on track
  • Proven track record of changing employee behaviors at scale, with ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, or process adherence
  • Experience using collaboration, AI, and enablement delivery tools (e.g., Slack, AI assistants, LMS platforms, SCORM); ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Direct experience working in fully remote or distributed teams; deep understanding of remote work dynamics and how they differ from in-person collaboration
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with ability to adapt delivery style to different audiences (new hires, managers, executives, technical teams) and create clear, engaging written content
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch in ambiguous environments; able to define structure where none exists
  • Comfort using data (engagement metrics, survey results, usage analytics) to refine programs and prioritize roadmaps

Salary Range ($145,000 - $185,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
