How You'll Make an Impact
- Engage directly with customers to resolve concerns, support account maintenance, and provide consultative solutions across Spectrum's offerings
- Apply active listening and respectful communication to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently meet call-handling performance standards
- Present and explain Spectrum's full portfolio, emphasizing Spectrum Mobile, to address customer needs and strengthen product value
- Demonstrate proficiency in positioning wireless plans, devices, features, and service options to support retention and re-sell opportunities
- Process transactions accurately within billing and order management systems, ensuring precise account updates and new sales order entries
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor pricing and products to effectively compare offerings and retain customers
Working Conditions
- Work in an office environment while managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactions and working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

- Learn and apply billing, account management, and order entry systems
