What the Role Entails

Requirements

  • Responsible for researching and developing machine translation algorithms in the gaming field, including neural network-based translation models, open-source large models, and multi-system integration.
  • Optimize the machine translation system to improve translation quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze and solve common problems and challenges in machine translation, such as ambiguity, polysemy, and language differences.
  • Keep up with and research the latest NLP technologies and algorithms to stay informed about the industry.

Who We Look For

Requirements 

  • Experience in machine translation algorithm research.
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Proficient in deep learning algorithms with in-depth knowledge and practical experience in training large models, such as hyper parameter tuning and fine-tuning. 4. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++, and familiar with common deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience in developing commercial NMT systems or achieving excellent results in WMT machine translation evaluations is preferred.
  • Publications in top conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NIPS, ICLR are preferred.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with team members and drive project progress.
  • Passionate about the gaming industry with a certain level of understanding of the gaming field.
