C1.ai empowers the agentic workforce to put AI to work everywhere. Our platform connects humans and agents to enterprise systems with scoped access, enforced policies, human approval, and a record of every action. With C1.ai, the fastest path to AI adoption at scale is the governed path—giving organizations visibility and control without sacrificing security or slowing innovation. Companies such as Ramp, Zscaler, Qualtrics, and Eli Lilly trust C1.ai to govern workforce access, deploy AI agents, and get work done.

C1.ai is on a mission to secure the agentic workforce, and our brand needs to show up as sharp as our product. As our Revenue Enablement Director, you'll own how every seller, solutions engineer, customer success manager, and partner at C1.ai gets ready to win. You'll build the function from the ground up as our field scales fast, run it AI-first, and measure it on ramp time, win rate, and pipeline, not courses completed.

What you'll do:
  • Own the revenue enablement strategy and roadmap: set priorities with sales, customer success, partner, and marketing leaders, and tie every program to a revenue outcome.

  • Build onboarding and ramp: design role-based onboarding for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and CSMs, and certify the team on our pitch, discovery, and demo so new hires carry a quota faster.

  • Run enablement AI-first: use AI to generate content, analyze calls, run role-play, and personalize coaching at scale, and train the field to use AI in prospecting, deal execution, and account planning.

  • Own the enablement tech stack: run the CMS and LMS end to end, integrate them with Salesforce and conversation intelligence, and drive adoption so sellers find the right asset in the flow of work.

  • Turn launches into field readiness: partner with product marketing to translate every release, competitive shift, and pricing change into training, talk tracks, and certifications.

  • Reinforce a consistent sales methodology: embed a qualification framework such as MEDDPICC across deal reviews, forecasting, and manager coaching.

  • Enable front-line managers: give them the coaching tools, call insights, and playbooks to reinforce skills between programs.

  • Scale enablement across regions and partners: extend programs to EMEA and to our VAR and channel partners as we expand.

  • Lead the big field moments: own sales kickoff, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing field communications.

  • Measure what matters: define enablement KPIs, report on behavior change and revenue impact, and cut what doesn't move the number.

The best person for this job:

  • Has 8+ years in B2B SaaS revenue or sales enablement, including 3+ years leading the function, ideally in security, identity, or infrastructure.

  • Is AI-native: uses AI to do the work every day, has replaced manual enablement processes with AI workflows and agents, and has a clear point of view on how AI changes the way sellers learn and sell.

  • Has owned a CMS and LMS end to end, including selection, implementation, governance, and adoption, and knows how they connect to the CRM and conversation intelligence.

  • Can point to programs that cut ramp time, raised win rates, or lifted quota attainment, and can show the numbers.

  • Has enabled teams selling a technical product to CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, and AI leaders, and can get technical enough to earn credibility with SEs.

  • Knows a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC and has driven consistent adoption across a field team.

  • Has built enablement for partners or international teams.

  • Balances strategy with hands-on execution, and is comfortable building programs while the team is still small.

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and is energized by an emerging, fast-shifting category.

  • Operates with high ownership: owns problems, raises the bar, and obsesses over customer and seller success.
