About us

The role

As Encord's Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy — where your work directly shapes how a fast-scaling AI company grows.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build the infrastructure, reporting, and automation that keep our revenue motion running at peak efficiency. From owning pipeline forecasting to prototyping AI-powered agents that eliminate manual work, you'll be both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on builder.

This isn't a "maintain the spreadsheet" role. It's an opportunity to architect scalable systems from the ground up, influence executive decisions with clean data, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to 10x what a RevOps function can do. If you're analytically sharp, technically curious, and energised by solving complex operational problems — you'll thrive here.

What you'll do

  • Prototype and deploy AI-powered agents to automate manual workflows, enhance reporting, and increase GTM productivity
  • Partner with Sales leadership on capacity planning, quota modelling, and headcount strategy
  • Own and evolve our reporting infrastructure across pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and GTM performance
  • Drive Hubspot data integrity and pipeline hygiene as a core operating principle
  • Design scalable workflows and automation that remove friction from the GTM motion
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Act as the systems architect behind a high-performing revenue engine
  • Support territory planning and management, including account segmentation, assignment, and coverage optimisation
  • Deliver accurate reporting on pipeline, forecast, conversion rates, and overall GTM performance
  • Own lead and account routing logic to ensure speed-to-lead and clean distribution

Who we're looking for

  • Analytical, systems-oriented thinker who sees operations as an optimisation problem
  • Comfortable building structured models and simplifying complex GTM processes
  • Strong communicator who can partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Technically curious — excited about leveraging AI, automation, and tooling to 10x efficiency
  • High ownership mindset — you don’t just report problems, you design solutions
  • Bias toward building scalable systems rather than manual fixes

Experience requirements

  • 1–3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Analytics, or a similarly quantitative role
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (workflows, automation, reporting, pipeline governance)
  • Strong modelling skills in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Experience working with CRM integrations and data flows
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, or lightweight scripting
  • Experience working with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and GTM Systems (Clay, Apollo, Amplemarket, Gong).

Why Encord

  • Competitive salary, commission, and meaningful equity in a high-growth start-up
  • Clear, accelerated growth opportunities as the company scales rapidly
  • Strong in-person culture: 3–5 days/week in our newly launched North Beach loft office
  • Flexible PTO to fully recharge
  • 18 paid vacation days in the U.S. plus federal holidays
  • Annual learning & development budget
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Frequent travel opportunities across the U.S., London, and Europe
  • Bi-annual company offsites, twice-weekly team lunches, and monthly socials
