Read more about us in TechCrunch here, and our latest Series A announcement here!

We're entering a high growth phase and are investing in the systems, tools, and infrastructure that will power our go-to-market engine. This internship is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience at the intersection of sales operations, AI tooling, and revenue analytics — working directly with our GTM team to build the foundation that scales AllSpice's growth.

About the Role

This is a summer internship (with the option to extend into the fall semester). You'll work closely with our GTM teams to evaluate and implement AI-powered GTM tools, build automations across our tech stack, and develop dashboards that bring clarity to our pipeline and revenue operations. You'll have real ownership over projects that directly impact how our team sells and operates.

What You'll Do
  • AI Tool Evaluation & Implementation: Research, test, and pilot emerging GTM AI tools (e.g. AI SDRs, call intelligence, AI-assisted prospecting and sequencing tools) and make recommendations on adoption

  • Workflow Automation: Design and build automations that connect tools across our GTM stack (e.g. HubSpot, Slack, outbound tools, enrichment tools) to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency

  • Data Analytics & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards that surface key GTM metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, outbound performance, rep activity)

  • Revenue operations: Support pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements, and document new processes built for the team.

  • GTM Projects: Support broader GTM initiatives as they come up, as this is a fast-moving team and there will be no shortage of interesting problems to dig into. We can tailor this to your areas of interest!

What We're Looking For
  • Prior work experience in a sales ops, revenue operations, GTM, or startup environment (internship, part-time, or full-time)

  • Comfort working with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)

  • Hands-on curiosity about AI tools and a track record of testing and forming opinions on new technology

  • Experience building automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or native integrations between SaaS platforms

  • Strong analytical thinking: you can wrangle data and build clear, actionable dashboards and reports

  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can drive projects forward without heavy hand-holding

Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis

  • Experience with outbound sales tools (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, Buzz)

  • Background in or exposure to B2B SaaS or technical sales environments

  • Interest in hardware, electronics, or engineering-adjacent industries
