About August Health

At August Health, our mission is to empower the essential work of caring for our elders.

We achieve this by providing a modern operating platform and electronic health record (EHR) that enables senior living operators to deliver high-quality care with confidence.

Caregivers are the heart of senior living communities, embodying care, compassion, and well-being. Yet, they face increasing challenges—higher resident acuity, complex workflows, and staffing shortages. At August Health, we build tools that simplify their tasks, eliminate inefficiencies, and provide the insights they need to focus on what truly matters—caring for residents.

At August, we strive to live our values each day, in every interaction with our customers and with each other.

  • Be responsible – leave things better than you found them

  • Take ownership – be decisive and take action

  • Be ambitious – build something great

  • Keep an open mindset – communicate candidly and welcome new ideas

  • Be humble – celebrate each others’ successes and learn from our mistakes

  • Stay positive – assume best intent

About the Role

We're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build the RevOps function at August Health from the ground up. As our first dedicated RevOps hire, you'll own the systems, processes, and analytics that power our sales engine—reporting directly to the Head of Sales and supporting a rapidly growing GTM team. You'll design the operational foundation and refine the tech stack that lets our sales team focus on what they do best. If you're a builder who thrives on bringing order to fast-moving environments and turning data into decisions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Own and administer Hubspot as the source of truth for our revenue data, including data hygiene, property and field governance, deduplication, and automation that scales with the team

  • Define and own lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing across the funnel, including handoff criteria and follow-up SLAs between marketing and sales, plus reporting on whether they're being met

  • Build reporting that covers the full funnel from first touch to closed won, including marketing sourced pipeline

  • Design the lead flow for campaigns and events, from intake through assignment to follow-up in HubSpot and sales engagement tools

  • Build forecasting and pipeline analytics that give sales leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue projections and pricing & packaging modelling

  • Own the end-to-end sales compensation function, design, model, and administer sales compensation plans, territories, and quotas. Calculate commission, obtain approval from Head of Sales, and provide Finance with monthly payout data

  • Evaluate and improve our GTM tech stack, identifying tools and integrations that increase rep productivity from marketing to success

  • Establish core sales processes and playbooks, defining stages, exit criteria, and operating rhythms as the team grows

  • Deliver insights and reporting to sales leadership that surface what's working, what's not, and where to focus next

  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and customer success to keep revenue data and handoffs clean across the funnel

About You
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally as an early ops hire who has built processes from scratch

  • Startup or scale-up experience and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you define the playbook

  • Deep HubSpot expertise, including administration, automation, reporting, and integrations — you've led a HubSpot implementation or major cleanup, and been responsible for significant structural decisions

  • Experience supporting marketing as well as sales, including hands-on work in HubSpot Marketing Hub with lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, lists, and campaign reporting

  • Strong judgment about right-sizing process for a small but growing GTM team, with a bias toward the simplest solution that works

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build forecasts, dashboards, and pipeline models that drive decisions

  • Direct experience administering sales compensation plans, including commission calculation, payout processes, and exception management

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for sales leadership

  • A builder's mindset—resourceful, proactive, and energized by creating structure where none exists

  • Healthcare or senior living industry exposure is a plus, but not required
