About Us

Our mission is to raise AGI with the richness of human intelligence - curious, witty, imaginative, and full of unexpected brilliance.

Surge was founded by engineers and researchers who dreamed of building the next generation of AI. Our platform powers the most capable models in the world, in partnership with the AI models you use every day.

At Surge, we believe the path to AGI isn't just about scaling compute - it's about embracing the unlimited ceiling of human intelligence and creativity in the data that shapes these systems. Our platform combines elite human expertise with cutting-edge tools for scalable oversight, from building rich RL environments to conducting rigorous evaluations that go beyond benchmarks. We've run a profitable business from day one without raising venture funding.

The Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems and processes behind Surge’s go-to-market. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to help us scale with clear processes, reliable data, and reporting leaders use to make decisions.

This is a foundational role. You’ll have broad ownership and the chance to shape how we go to market as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Build the go-to-market foundation. Define funnel stages, lead routing, and follow-up processes so every opportunity is handled consistently.

  • Own our GTM systems. Lead CRM strategy, implementation, and administration, and shape the broader revenue tech stack.

  • Enable account-based marketing. Partner with Marketing on target account strategy so campaigns focus on the accounts that matter most.

  • Measure what drives revenue. Build attribution and pipeline reporting that connects marketing activity to opportunities and closed revenue.

  • Run the operating cadence. Support pipeline reviews, forecasting, and recurring business reporting for leadership.

  • Partner with Finance. Make sure commercial data flows reliably from deal to contract to revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, preferably at a B2B tech or AI company, including hands-on CRM selection and implementation.

  • Strong systems thinking: you can define funnel stages, design lead routing, and turn messy data into reporting that teams actually use.

  • The ability to work across Marketing, BD, Ops, and Finance, influence without authority, and follow through until the work is done.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with comfort in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.

  • Deep interest in AI systems - direct AI/ML experience valued but not required.
