Position Summary
Wonderschool is harnessing the power of technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers operating out of their homes as well as in the government and non-profit sectors. Our products enable child care providers to create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions through the creation of an accessible marketplace.

Wonderschool is seeking a hands-on Head of Revenue Operations to play a key role in scaling and growing Wonderschool’s revenue from our government and marketplace efforts. This role requires a hands-on and execution focused operator who ensures that company leaders are focused on the right opportunities that will have the highest ROI in the near-term with an eye towards enduring and sustainable growth. This role will work closely with the CEO ensuring data, decision-making, and execution are airtight.


Responsibilities

  • Refine and optimize our revenue model and identify opportunities for growth and scale. Identify areas of deficiencies in our current processes and make actionable recommendations to improve our revenue growth playbook.
  • Track and optimize revenue performance. Align cross-functional teams on government sales and provider growth strategy and investment initiatives to ensure business scales in a sustainable fashion.  
  • Design and optimize sales compensation plans and territory maps
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all things pricing around our government and marketplace initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Private equity, venture capital, or revenue operations experience in a high-growth company preferred 
  • Background in GovTech, SaaS, FinTech, or marketplace businesses is a plus
  • Possesses highly analytical and data-driven chops, must have experience with financial modeling and sales forecasting. Understands unit economics, CAC and ROI tracking
  • Sense of ownership and relentless focus on revenue growth; hands-on executor with a history of high performance
