  • Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for SDRs and AEs

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related experience

  • Strong CRM administration experience (HubSpot preferred)

  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and executive-level analytics

  • Excellent Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership and GTM teams

  • Startup experience preferred

  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and integrations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary plus performance incentives

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • PTO and company holidays

  • Opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a rapidly growing AI company

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making

  • Significant career growth opportunities as the company scales

Why Join Broccoli?

Revenue Operations is one of the most leveraged functions inside a high-growth company. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.
