Revenue Operations Specialist

Position Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting Intelex's Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process by partnering with Sales, Renewals, Finance, Billing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for reviewing and supporting complex commercial transactions, ensuring data accuracy, operational compliance, and an exceptional internal customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and support complex sales opportunities, quotes, and commercial terms to ensure compliance with company policies and approval guidelines.
  • Review customer-facing quotes, order forms, and commercial documentation for completeness, accuracy, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Sales, Renewals, Finance, Billing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to resolve deal-related questions and drive timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, and customer data within Salesforce, DealHub, and other Revenue Operations systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on quoting, policies, systems, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes by responding to internal inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Lead and support the rollout, adoption, and continuous enhancement of Quote-to-Cash tools and processes across the organization.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new quote tool release and validate new functionality before deployment.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the quote tool by troubleshooting issues, gathering user feedback, identifying system bugs and process gaps, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures, and deliver training to drive user adoption and process consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining workflows, automating manual processes, enhancing system functionality, and improving the overall Quote-to-Cash experience.
  • Support Sales operations and other Revenue Operations initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Support, or a related operational role. 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM. 
  • Experience with CPQ platforms (DealHub preferred). 
  • Strong Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Outlook skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business requirements. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Billing, Renewals, and Legal. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying process efficiencies. 
  • Experience supporting complex pricing models and commercial transactions. 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities. 
  • Experience supporting a SaaS or subscription-based software company. 
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (OTC), or commercial operations is considered an asset. 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 61,500.00 - 75,000.00.
