About Clipboard

Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.

Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.

The Revenue Strategy & Growth Senior Associate is an operator position at Clipboard, suited to an “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants to own a revenue stream.

You’re someone who has an analytical mind and is both deeply competitive and entrepreneurial. Unlike traditional S&O or consulting roles, you are responsible for both the inputs and the outputs of your work. You will take on an area of the business and push it to the local maximum. You must be comfortable owning an outcome.

You will:

  • Take a vague or open ended problem and structure it into a plan

  • Own a recurring workstream or initiative end to end, including its metrics and outcomes

  • Build durable systems and automation that create leverage beyond their time (i.e. you can “fire yourself” from them because the systems work without you needing to be directly involved)

  • Drive cross functional execution and hold partners accountable to commitments

  • Validate that the work converts to intended business outcomes before scaling it

What you bring:

  • Strong analytical and system building skills. You can design as well as analyze

  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can frame problems with limited direction

  • Influence without authority across functions

  • Outcome orientation. Create impact and close loops rather than just measure activity

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary

  • Insurance benefits and 401k options

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays

  • Remote-first flexibility

The salary range listed reflects total compensation (base + variable) for this role. Final offer will vary based on geographic location
