As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate at Compass, you will be instrumental in the creation and management of agent contracts for both new and existing real estate agents at Compass. Your role is crucial in enforcing the compliance model and contributing to the efficiency of Compass' revenue operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers, Managing Brokers, Finance, Legal, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Configuration: 
    • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Legal teams to customize agent contracts.
    • Work with Product and Engineering teams to strategically improve the contract configuration platform.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage closely with Sales Managers and Managing Brokers to enhance workflows.
    • Train and coach key stakeholders on operational improvements as they are implemented.
  3. Data Integrity:
    • Review systems and programs to ensure data integrity for reliable analysis and payments.
    • Identify and address data integrity issues, execute solutions, and mitigate future concerns.
  4. Project Support:
    • Contribute to dynamic projects essential to business operations.
    • Embrace opportunities to support and drive key initiatives within the National Operations department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • This role is in office 5 days a week

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Salesforce, DocuSign, and/or contract automation software is a plus

Compensation:

The expected base pay for this position is $28.00 – $30.00 per hour. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of what we intend to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final offers within this range will depend on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a full benefits program. We remain committed to fair pay practices and compliance with all California transparency requirements.
