We’re building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships. We’re proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including a16z, Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and Index Ventures, along with many others.

We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team.

About the Team

Decagon’s Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership – providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency and getting things done.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, wide-ranging role to join our team shaping Decagon’s go-to-market strategy and driving execution. Owning a broad platform, you will lead strategic, GTM-wide initiatives and be a trusted day-to-day partner to senior business leaders. You will manage GTM forecasts & KPIs, optimize business performance & efficiency, stand up new processes and execute high-leverage operations with field teams. This is a high-impact, high-agency position to shape the trajectory of a category-defining AI company.

In this role, you will
  • Play a leading role in the design and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation and post-sale frameworks

  • Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and recommendations that move the needle

  • Design & lead new revenue growth programs on topics such as pipeline generation, territory management, incentive & compensation structures and internal operational processes

  • Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors

  • Work cross-functionally across GTM to ensure alignment on top priorities and drive internal process transformations

Your background looks something like this
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is highly desirable, but not required

  • Advanced analytical capability: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce or GTM/BI tools is desirable

  • “Get it done” posture: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change

  • Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & willing to get deep into the weeds

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: comfortable with ambiguous topics without a defined process or “right” answer

  • Communication & presentation skills: ability to distill complex data into a clear narrative for executive audiences

Benefits

We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

  • Monthly stipend to support your wellness, lifestyle, and work-life balance

  • Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

  • Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave)

These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
