Support GTM teams by cleaning CRM data, building lightweight automations and templates, testing AI-assisted workflows, creating reports and dashboards, analyzing revenue data, and improving revenue processes across Salesforce and related systems.
The summary above was generated by AI

Coder is looking for an early-career Revenue Workflow Analyst to help our GTM teams work faster, learn sooner, and make better decisions. This role matters because clean systems help teams spend less time chasing inputs and more time understanding customers.

You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and RevOps to improve the workflows behind our growth. You’ll clean data, map processes, build lightweight tools, test AI-assisted workflows, and turn messy inputs into reliable systems.

What you’ll do here

  • Support day-to-day revenue workflows across Salesforce and related GTM systems

  • Build lightweight automations, structured templates, and repeatable processes that reduce manual work

  • Create and test AI-assisted workflows for account research, CRM updates, customer summaries, and pipeline insights

  • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness

  • Help maintain clean, accurate account, contact, opportunity, and customer data

  • Build and update reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and operating views for GTM teams

  • Analyze revenue data to spot trends, gaps, risks, and process issues

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and RevOps on process improvements

  • Troubleshoot workflow issues independently, then escalate with clear context and a recommendation

  • Translate business questions into clear analysis using spreadsheets, CRM reports, SQL, or BI tools

  • Learn how revenue systems connect, then help make those connections cleaner and easier to use

Example projects you’ll help build

  • Forecasting: Improve the weekly forecast process by cleaning Salesforce data, tracking pipeline movement, and helping leaders understand what changed

  • Value workflow replacement: Help rebuild the Mediafly Value Prompter workflow into a lighter, more accurate, and more maintainable process

  • Weekly pipeline meetings: Own the prep, notes, follow-ups, and reporting that make pipeline reviews useful and consistent

  • Lead signal consolidation: Combine signals from 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other tools into a weekly leads report

  • Prospecting alerts: Create dashboards and alerts that highlight accounts Sales should prioritize based on buying signals and account fit

What we’re looking for

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, systems work, computer engineering, or a related internship or project

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, structured data, and business metrics

  • A self-starter who can take a vague problem, define the next step, and make progress independently

  • An engineering mindset. You break problems down, test assumptions, document decisions, and improve the system

  • High attention to detail. You catch messy data, unclear handoffs, and broken processes

  • Strong written communication skills. You can explain what changed, what matters, and what should happen next

  • Comfort learning new tools quickly, especially CRM, reporting, automation, and AI tools

  • A builder mindset. You like turning repeat work into cleaner workflows

  • Strong ownership. You follow through, ask good questions, and raise issues with context

  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can start with imperfect inputs and create structure as you go

  • Interest in AI-assisted workflows, automation, and modern GTM systems

  • Ability to travel under 10%

Bonus tacos if you have

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or automation tools

  • Experience building dashboards, trackers, internal tools, scripts, or lightweight automations

  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, APIs, Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar tools

  • Experience using AI tools to summarize information, clean data, research accounts, or improve workflows

  • Exposure to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, or RevOps teams

  • Interest in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or open-source technology

  • A portfolio, school project, side project, or work sample that shows how you solve problems with data and systems

Our GTM systems and workflow environment

You’ll learn the systems that help Coder understand customers, manage revenue, and support growth. That may include Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Pylon, Slack, Google Workspace, BI tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows.

The goal is practical: cleaner data, faster handoffs, better decisions. You’ll get context from the team, but we’ll count on you to move independently, think like a builder, and improve how work gets done.

About Coder

Coder is an AI software development company leading the future of autonomous coding. We empower teams to build software faster, more securely, and at scale through the collaboration of AI coding agents and human developers. Our mission is to make agentic AI a safe, trusted, and integral part of every software development lifecycle.

Our self-hosted AI Development Environment is the foundation for deploying agentic AI in the enterprise. It provides a secure, standardized, and governed workspace to deploy autonomous coding agents alongside human developers, accelerating innovation while maintaining control and compliance. Coder's isolated, policy-driven environments improve productivity, cut cloud costs, and reduce data risks. Developers transition to AI at their own pace using their own tools. Platform and security teams can govern, audit, and manage a great developer experience at scale.

Interview process

We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.

AI use during the interview process

As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.

Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.

Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.

Our use of AI in hiring

We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:

  • Ashby helps us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions - it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.

  • Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby.

If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact [email protected].
