Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and operational backbone to our sales organization. We are looking for a professional with experience in sales or revenue operations who can operate independently, build trusted relationships with sales leadership, and bring rigor and scalability to the processes that power the sales organization's success. The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise with the judgment and gravitas to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across sales, product, and market research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead the implementation of cross-functional projects that support and scale the sales organization, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and drive measurable improvements in sales effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to the sales organization, providing technical and administrative product information and guidance to help representatives engage customers accurately and confidently.
  • Partner closely with the market research team to ensure current market analysis and competitive data are reflected in customer pricing and quoting decisions.
  • Own the preparation and ongoing management of account distribution across the sales team, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and other automated tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives to prepare sales documentation and ensure customer requirements are fully understood and satisfied throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, product, market research, and other internal stakeholders to remove operational friction and ensure consistent, accurate information flows to the field.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and standardize sales operations processes, tools, and reporting, bringing a continuous-improvement mindset informed by prior experience scaling revenue operations functions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced operations staff, sharing best practices developed over a career in sales and revenue operations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business-partnering function, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a sales organization with project planning, account distribution, pricing/quoting support, and sales documentation.
  • Hands-on expertise administering and optimizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other automated sales tracking systems.
  • Experience partnering with market research or competitive intelligence functions to inform pricing strategy.
  • Strong track record building credibility and trust with senior sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
