Own and optimize the GTM tech stack and CRM; build clean, governed funnel data; design pipeline, forecasting, ICP, segmentation, and territory models; deliver ARR, pipeline, conversion, and productivity reporting; support comp and quota design; and document processes to scale the RevOps function.
The summary above was generated by AI

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. Finance, accounting, sales, and operations, unified in one system for the first time.

We're growing 5x year over year and recently raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork and Y Combinator. We're a small, in-person team in New York City, which means the people who join now shape the product, the culture, and the company itself.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize our GTM tech stack, ensuring the tools we use are integrated, scalable, and driving measurable impact

  • Build and maintain clean, reliable data across the entire funnel, establishing strong data governance and a true single source of truth

  • Design and manage pipeline infrastructure, including stage definitions, pipeline coverage targets, and forecasting methodology

  • Define ICP, segmentation, and account coverage models within the CRM to support efficient territory design and resource allocation

  • Deliver high-impact reporting and insights across pipeline, ARR, conversion rates, and sales productivity to guide executive decision-making

  • Support in the design and management of compensation plans, quota setting, and incentive structures aligned with company growth goals

  • Lay the foundation for scaling the RevOps function, including documentation, process design, and eventual team hiring

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS company

  • Experience as an early or first RevOps hire, building systems and processes from scratch

  • Deep experience owning and optimizing CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and GTM tooling (Clay, Outreach, Apollo, Gong, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, churn, and NRR

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Scrappy, hands-on operator who is comfortable executing independently while thinking strategically and translating data into actionable insights

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve GTM efficiency

  • Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup and build a function from the ground up

  • Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week

🌴 Perks + Benefits
  • Equity — own a piece of what you're building

  • Fully paid health coverage with Aetna (we cover 100% of premiums)

  • Top-tier dental and vision through Guardian

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave

  • Unlimited PTO, plus regular 4-day holiday weekends we actually take

  • 401(k) through Vestwell

  • Paid relocation — we'll get you here

  • Full desk setup on day one (laptop, monitor, keyboard) + a $200 stipend to make it yours

  • Catered Friday lunches, team dinners on us, and unlimited coffee + snacks featuring our own brands
