About Notabene

Notabene is building infrastructure that’s transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We’re evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last November with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we’re looking for people like you to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry!

The Impact You'll Have

As Notabene’s first Revenue Operations hire, you’ll lay the foundation for how our go-to-market organization operates. You’ll connect Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success through clean data, integrated systems, and actionable insights; but first, you’ll roll up your sleeves to bring order to the chaos.

You’ll audit, clean, and optimize our GTM stack (HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and more), turning fragmented workflows into a unified engine for growth. This isn’t a maintenance role - it’s a builder’s role. You’ll identify what’s broken, design what’s missing, and architect scalable systems that redefine how we forecast, measure, and grow.

This is your chance to build RevOps from zero to one, to shape the foundations of our revenue engine, leave behind lasting systems that power how Notabene scales, and be the person everyone turns to when they want clarity, predictability, and growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize Notabene’s GTM tech stack; HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Apollo, and key integrations; ensuring clean, connected, and scalable systems

  • Turn data into decisions, building dashboards and insights that empower Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success

  • Analyze GTM performance and model growth scenarios, identifying the highest-impact drivers of pipeline and revenue efficiency

  • Start with the “why”; use data to uncover what truly drives ROI across channels, helping prioritize where to focus resources and investment

  • Drive GTM enablement, equipping teams with the tools, data, and processes they need to execute efficiently and make informed decisions

  • Streamline GTM processes, improving lead flow, handoffs, and conversion visibility across the funnel

  • Drive data integrity and automation, ensuring accurate, consistent reporting and efficient workflows

  • Partner with GTM leaders to forecast, measure performance, and drive growth - with a core focus on accurate, data-driven revenue forecasting

  • Product-led sales; leverage our network data to enrich SDR outreach and sales motions; creating more tailored, insight-driven engagement that drives tighter deal cycles and higher close rates

You’re a Good Fit if You Have
  • 3 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or fintech

  • Deep experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM

  • Proven ability to analyze GTM data and communicate insights clearly

  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or forecasting models

  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success workflows

  • Comfortable owning integrations and automation across tools

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator in a distributed team

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Gong, Notion AI, or HubSpot Ops Hub

  • Exposure to crypto, fintech, or compliance-focused SaaS

  • Implementing product-led sales flows
