About Us

Parametric is building robots to reliably automate physical labor in the real world. We’ve spent the last few months aggressively building our technology and fundraising and are now excited to begin rapidly growing the company.

About The Role

As a Robotics Operations Specialist, you’ll own the processes directly responsible for improving robot performance. You’ll experiment with hardware and software to efficiently complete tasks and work with engineers to improve our robots.

This is a flexible, hourly role on-site in San Francisco with an expectation of at least three work days per week. Compensation starts at $30/hr. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

We encourage anyone excited about contributing to the future of robotics to apply. This role also provides an opportunity for growth into management positions.

What You’ll Do
  • Collect high-quality training data by performing tasks exactly as they should be done, then capturing that process so our robots can learn from it

  • Define the gold standard for how tasks should be executed

  • Work directly with customers to figure out what they need and translate their requirements into actionable processes

  • Get your hands on cutting-edge hardware and software before anyone else, testing new features and helping shape the product

  • Review feedback, iterate on your approach, and continuously improve how we collect data

  • Keep stakeholders updated, document your processes, and collaborate across teams to move fast

What We’re Looking For
  • Interested in robotics, AI

  • Detail-oriented and reliable

  • Great communicator

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Adaptable and curious

  • Proactive problem-solver
