About The RoleAs a Robotics Operations Specialist, you’ll own the processes directly responsible for improving robot performance. You’ll experiment with hardware and software to efficiently complete tasks and work with engineers to improve our robots.
This is a flexible, hourly role on-site in San Francisco with an expectation of at least three work days per week. Compensation starts at $30/hr. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

What You’ll DoCollect high-quality training data by performing tasks exactly as they should be done, then capturing that process so our robots can learn from it
Define the gold standard for how tasks should be executed
Work directly with customers to figure out what they need and translate their requirements into actionable processes
Get your hands on cutting-edge hardware and software before anyone else, testing new features and helping shape the product
Review feedback, iterate on your approach, and continuously improve how we collect data
Keep stakeholders updated, document your processes, and collaborate across teams to move fast
