What this job involves - We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Relocation Project Manager/Planner to support a very important tech client account. As a Relocation Project Manager/Planner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing space utilization across our portfolio of properties. You will work to develop occupancy plans that align with business objectives and maximize space efficiency. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and optimization of the client account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, brokers, and design teams to develop and implement occupancy plans that align with business objectives and maximize space efficiency.

  • Analyze space utilization data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.

  • Conduct space planning and utilization assessments to determine space requirements and allocations.

  • Develop and maintain space utilization metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the move management process, minimizing disruption to operations.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing regular updates, and resolving any issues or concerns.

  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure efficient and effective space utilization during office build-outs and renovations.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in occupancy planning and workplace design.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple occupancy planning projects and deadlines.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with client and stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in relocation planning and project management, incorporating innovative ideas and approaches into our processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in relocation projects.

  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience in leading successful projects from initiation to completion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for creating and managing project plans.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of construction, office interiors, and/or facility management principles is desirable.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes related to relocation projects.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,600.00 – 125,770.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
